Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman has been a gymnast from the US for more than 10 seasons. She was a member, and captain, of the US Olympic Women's Gymnastics Team Fierce Five (2012) and Final Five (2016). Aly Raisman was awarded three gold medals in the 2012 Olympics at London. Additionally, she brought home a bronze medal on balance beam. She was the first Olympic gymnast who won the most medals. The 2016 Olympics included her winning a gold at the team event, earning both she and Gabby the honor as the first Americans ever to have consecutive gold medals for a team. Additionally, she was awarded silver medals at the all-around event and floor exercises. Three years had passed when she last participated in gymnastics competitions. Additionally, she was part of gold-winning American teams at two World Championships. Gymnastics was her first sport of choice when she was two and her most favorite sport is floor workouts. Aly contributes her time and money to Uniting Against Lung Cancer charity in honor of her departed grandmother. She plans to pursue the profession of a fashion designer. She hopes to pursue expanding her trademark line of leotards. Fierce is a book that is due out later in the year.
